I emailed RYB (local Orthodox Rabbi who is young, energetic, enthusiastic and the congregational Rabbi for the closest Orthodox shul that I’ve been getting more and more involved in as they are building a really young and vibrant congregation) to see if I could talk to him about formally starting geirus.

It has taken me a LONG time to get to this point. But here I am.

I am petrified. Excited. Nervous. Ecstatic. Holding my Breath.
